Little Celeb Visits Slims
What do Waxahachietx.com's Daily Light, CW33, and Slim Chickens (me, too) have in common?
My buddy Jules started the Rocks-A-Hachie rock painting community in Waxahachie - clever, huh? I had a lot of fun interviewing Jules last week. She was featured in the Daily Light, on CW33's 5 o'clock news, and in my blog!
Regina, one of my favorite people at Slim Chickens, heard about Jules and her big idea to get people in Waxahachie on the hunt for rocks and getting creative to disguise them. When we had dinner there tonight, Regina came to our table and congratulated Jules on her hard work! It was so cool when she came and said hi to her and told her to keep up the good work. Jules was super surprised!
One more thing - if you haven't been to Slims, what are you waiting for? It's delicious! Get the chicken and waffle, yeaaaaaaaah buddddddyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
